July 5, 2008 - Odessa, Missouri – Dave Wood turned in a solid run with the competitive ASA Late Model North Series at I-70 Speedway Saturday night, bypassing 16 adversaries en route to a 12th-place finish after starting 28th on the grid for the 150-lap main event. His Meitler Consulting Ford was strong in the preliminary qualifying race as well, finishing up 3rd to transfer to the feature.
